  • 2 Small flour tortillas
  • ½ cups Cheddar cheese - shredded
  • ½ Onion - diced
  • 2 Eggs - beaten
  • ½ Red pepper - diced
  • ½ cups Ham - diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the eggs, cheese, onion, and red pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.

The Method
