Ingredients
  

  • 3 Boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
  • Plain salt and grounded black pepper
  • 1-2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cups Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon Granulated garlic
  • ½ cups Grated parmesan
  • 8 Tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1-3 slices Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

Step #1: Preheating your Oven

  • Prepping your chicken cutlets is the first essential step when cooking this dish.
  • Take out your chicken cutlets from the refrigerator 20 minutes before you start. This will help to even your pieces when you cook them.
  • Afterward, wash your hands before handling the raw pieces of chicken.
  • Place a wired rack on top of a baking sheet, preheating the oven to 200 degrees F.

Step #2 Prepping your Breading Station and Beating Eggs

  • Once you have prepped your oven, place your chicken cutlets onto the baking sheet.
  • Afterward, start setting up the following to season your chicken: 1-2 cups of panko breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons of onion powder and granulated garlic, and ½ teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper.
