  • 1 cup organic sprouted wheat
  • ½ cups millet
  • 1 cup organic sprouted spelt
  • 1 spoon oat bran
  • ¼ cups organic malted barley

  • 1 tbsp kidney beans
  • 1 cup organic sprouted soybeans


  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp olive oil and honey


  • Measure 2 cups of water, 1 spoon full of honey, 2 tablespoons of yeast and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in one bowl, mix and wait for it to foam for 5 minutes.
