  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • ½ cups Green peas fully cooked
  • ½ cups Cilantro roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper

For the chutney:

  • 1 Medium red onion finely chopped
  • 4 Tomatoes - diced
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 5 Cloves of garlic - minced
  • 2 Green chili peppers - minced
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
